Amanda goes to Annapolis

CCA President, Amanda Bourgeois, visited the State House in Annapolis on February 27th as part of a group of District 46 community leaders invited by State Senator Bill Ferguson for a mid-session look into how the General Assembly operates. Amanda was joined by Brant Fisher (Brewer’s Hill), Dan Kiselik (Butcher’s Hill), and Ian Wolfe (Greektown) for a tour of the Senate Office Building, birds eye view of Generally Assembly from the galley, guided tour of the State House, brief meetings with Delegates Mark Edelson and Robbyn Lewis and Senate President Ferguson.

“Team 46 made us feel welcome and took the time to listen to our communities' concerns, with public safety as a key topic of discussion,” Amanda said. “It was great to see them in action!”
