HalfSmoke Baltimore opens in the Can Company on Friday, April 2. This eclectic American restaurant, already popular in DC, offers something for everyone. From grilled wings and bacon-wrapped meatloaf to a double-cut pork chop and their signature HalfSmoke Sausage that comes in a Pac-Man lunchbox, you’re not going to know what to order first! There's also Duck Egg Spaghetti Carbonara, Cajun Shrimp & Grits, Pulled Chicken Pot Pie, and more. Don't do meat? Try the plant-based brat, lentil Sloppy Joe, cauliflower bites, sweet potato tots, amazing collards or a kale & strawberry salad.
Got a sweet tooth? The desserts are divine! Don't miss the house-made Big Wheel and BPJ Stuffed French Toast!
Oh, and the cocktails… well it wouldn't be Canton without a Crush. We sampled the Blueberry Basil and the Cherry Lime. Make sure to ask about the towering boozy milkshakes!

Along with a delicious and diverse menu that reinvents your childhood faves, HalfSmoke offers a relaxed, fun atmosphere. Diners can play board games, take pictures in the free photobooth, stay to watch a game, meet friends and enjoy the bar or relax in the outdoor space which will include a fire feature, and comfortable furniture for warmer weather dining.
HalfSmoke Baltimore joins a growing list of Black-owned restaurants in Baltimore City.
