Help Our Neighbor in Need
On Tuesday, February 18th, our SE neighbor Chelsey was the victim of a hit-and-run and sustained life-changing injuries while walking through her SE Baltimore neighborhood. She had only recently moved to Charm City and was about to start a new job. A neighborhood Ring camera captured an Amazon delivery truck running her over, and the story has been reported across multiple news outlets.
Chelsey is facing a very long and arduous road to recovery. This Meal Train has been established to allow her, and the people close to her, to focus on her recovery: https://www.mealtrain.com/trains/rlv1ov. And there is also a GoFundMe: https://tinyurl.com/ChelseyHItRun. Please send Chelsey healing energy and help if you can.
The driver turned himself in and is facing charges.
