Free Family Internet via Port Networks

The “Internet for All” initiative mandates completely free Internet access for any family with a child in Baltimore City Schools. All students in City Schools are eligible for the National School Lunch Program under the USDA Community Eligibility Provision, and this qualifies their families for the Affordable Connectivity Program.

If you or someone you know would benefit from free Internet access under the ACP, here are the steps to get started:

  1. Contact Port Networks to confirm service is available at the desired location.

  2. Complete the Lifeline National Verifier online or call USAC at 800-234-9473.

  3. Send Port Networks the Lifeline Application ID and the name and birthdate of the person listed in the application (for verification).

  4. Schedule an installation appointment for Port Networks service to be installed.

If you have any questions about this offer or Port Networks’ Internet access service, please contact their support crew by calling 410.637.3707 or emailing support@portnetworks.com.
