The Canton Community Association and Public Safety Committee are having a Safety and Improvement Walkthrough followed by a Block Captain Interest Meeting at Cardinal Tavern. We will first be meeting at O'Donnell Square Park at 7 PM. This central location will be the starting point for these walkthroughs going forward, but we will always end at a different bar or restaurant. Let us know of any locations or concerns you would like to bring to our attention. After introductions, the walkthrough will go west and north up to Fait Ave. where the trees were planted by Canton Canopy. We will then walk over towards Baylis for an example of a parcel defender installation to deter package theft. Following a stop at the I Wonder Garden and the lights behind the school, we will go by the recently installed lights from the Get Lit Canton campaign in the southeast quadrant of Canton and then arrive at Cardinal Tavern at 8 PM. We will be meeting upstairs for our Block Captain Meeting for current and prospective block captains to discuss the current program and objectives as well as future planning for growth and projects.
