The Canton Community Association will be holding this meeting at the Broom Factory Conference Room, 3500 Boston Street, Suite 235.  The meeting begins at 6:30 PM.  To enter, press 2-3-5 on the keypad next to the entrance and you will be buzzed in.  Take the stairs to the 2nd floor, turn left 3 times, and the room is down the hall on the left.

• 2844 Hudson Street (Lee’s Pint & Shell) - Application for temporary exemption from noise restrictions for oyster shucking event on S. Linwood from Fait to Hudson to take place on April 7, 2018. (Brent Kluge).
• 3200 Fait Avenue (NE corner of East) - An application to BMZA to approve maintenance of 3 dwelling units on property. Property had been authorized to maintain two dwelling units and a grocery store in 1975, and at some point before 2010 the grocery store was converted to a dwelling unit. Application is to simply approve the existing condition of the property. (Caroline Hecker)
